摘　　要：目的 分析 α-硫辛酸联合醛糖还原酶抑制剂对2型糖尿病(T2DM)性胃轻瘫患者周围神经氧化应激损伤程度及血清胃动素(MTL)水平的影响.方法 选取2018年1月~2019年12月收治的T2DM胃轻瘫患者86例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组采用醛糖还原酶抑制剂,研究组在对照组基础上采用 α-硫辛酸.对比两组疗效及治疗前后氧化应激水平[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]、胃肠激素[胃泌素(GAS)、MTL].结果 研究组总有效率93.02%(40/43)较对照组76.74%(33/43)高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组GSH-Px、SOD水平较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组GAS、MTL水平较对照组低(P<0.05).结论 T2DM胃轻瘫患者采用 α-硫辛酸联合醛糖还原酶抑制剂治疗效果显著,可调节GSH-Px、SOD、GAS、MTL水平,降低周围神经氧化应激损伤,促使胃肠功能恢复.Objective To analyze the effect ofα-lipoic acid combined with aldose reductase inhibitor on the degree of peripheral oxidative stress injury and serum motilin(MTL)level in patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,86 patients with T2DM gastroparesis in our hospital were divided into a research group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The control group used aldose reductase inhibitors,and the research group usedα-lipoic acid on the basis of the control group.Compared the efficacy and oxidative stress levels[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin(GAS),MTL]before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 93.02%(40/43)higher than that in the control group 76.74%(33/43)(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the GAS and MTL levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of T2DM gastroparesis patients withα-lipoic acid combined with aldose reductase inhibitor has a significant effect.It can regulate the levels of GSH-Px,SOD,GAS and MTL,reduce the peripheral nerve oxidative stress injury,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
