复方黄柏液联合常规西药对改善肛周湿疹症状的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨肛周湿疹患者联合应用常规西药与复方黄柏液治疗对改善肛周湿疹临床症状的作用.方法 抽取2018年2月~2019年8月收治的肛周湿疹患者108例为研究对象,54例行硼酸液坐浴+糠酸莫米松乳膏外敷治疗者作为对照组,54例行复方黄柏液坐浴+糠酸莫米松乳膏外敷治疗者作为试验组,评估两组临床治疗效果.结果 ①试验组治疗后EASI总评分、中医证候总积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②试验组西医治疗总有效率及中医证候疗效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对肛周湿疹患者予以复方黄柏液坐浴+糠酸莫米松乳膏外敷治疗,可促进症状消退,减轻患者不适.Objective To investigate the effect of routine western medicine combined with Compound Cortex Phellodendri solution on the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with perianal eczema.Methods 108 patients with perianal eczema admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects,54 patients were treated with boric acid solution sitz bath+mometasone furoate cream as the control group,54 patients were treated with compound cortex phellodendri liquid bark solution sitz bath+mometasone furoate cream as the experimental group,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results①The total score of EASI and TCM syndrome in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);②the total effective rate of Western medicine and TCM syndrome in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To treat perianal eczema patients with compound Phellodendron liquid sitz bath and mometasone furoate cream,it can promote the symptoms to subside and relieve the patients'discomfort,which is worth popularizing.
