微型铆钉修复重建跟腱止点断裂的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察微型铆钉修复重建跟腱止点断裂的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2019年1月入院治疗的跟腱止点断裂伤患者56例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各28例,观察组采用微型铆钉进行修复,对照组采用常规带线锚定技术,比较两组患者修复后的跟腱功能、双侧踝关节活动范围、踝关节功能变化。结果观察组患者跟腱功能优26例、良2例,较对照组恢复情况显著提高(P<0.05);观察组患者患侧背屈角度与健侧比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组背屈角度比较患侧及健侧差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论跟腱止点断裂患者应用微型铆钉(双固定螺钉系统),能够达到改善跟腱功能、更快速的缩小患侧与健侧踝关节的活动范围差距,改善踝关节功能,短期效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of miniature rivet repair and reconstruction of Achilles tendon rupture.Methods From January 2016 to January2019,56 cases of Achilles tendon rupture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases each,the observation group was repaired with miniature rivets,and the control group was treated with conventional belt wire anchoring technique.The changes of Achilles tendon function,bilateral ankle j oint range and ankle j oint function were compared between the two groups.Results The function of Achilles tendon in the observation group was excellent in 26 cases and good in 2 cases,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the dorsiflexion angle between the affected side and the healthy side in the observation group(P<0.05);the difference between the affected side and the healthy side in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of micro rivets(double fixed screw system)in patients with rupture of Achilles tendon can improve the function of Achilles tendon,reduce the range of movement between the affected side and the healthy side,and improve the function of ankle joint.
