摘　　要：目的探析认知行为护理干预在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中应用对生存质量的影响。方法在本院2017年4月—2018年12月收治的慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中选出158例为对象,随机分入对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+认知行为护理干预)中,对比两组患者的生活质量评分。结果护理3个月后,观察组患者生活质量量表CQOLI-74的躯体功能、物质生活状态、社会功能和心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为护理干预的实施促进慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量提高。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on renal function and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.Methods 158 cases of chro nic renal failure hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing+cognitive behavioral nursing intervention),and the quality of life scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing,the physical function,material life status,social function and psychological function scores of CQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention promotes the improvement of the quality of life of chronic renal failure hemodialysis patients.
