摘　　要：目的:构建基于医院资源规划(HRP)系统的医用耗材全生命周期管理体系,实现医用耗材全生命周期管理。方法:采用浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,以SQLserver数据库和Java2平台(J2EE)为技术手段,串联供应宝平台、HRP系统和医院信息系统(HIS),构建医用耗材全生命周期管理体系,打通供应商与医院物流系统,物流系统与HIS间的信息孤岛,使医用耗材从采购入院、验收入库、申请发放以及使用计费等环节形成闭环管理。利用一级库房材料出库等于二级库房入库建账,设置二级库房管理体系,将临床二级库房纳入物资部门监管,确保耗材管理不留死角。结果:医用耗材全生命周期管理体系打破了传统"以出代销"的耗材管理模式,最大程度杜绝了二级库房耗材"跑冒漏滴"的不良状况,实现了对医院二级库房的有效监管,在医院科室住院患者床日数大体持平的情况下,医用耗材消耗量减少5.2%。结论:基于HRP系统的医用耗材全生命周期管理体系,可实现每件医用耗材的全生命周期溯源。Objective: To construct life-cycle management system of medical consumables on the basis of hospital resource planning(HRP) system so as to realize life-cycle management for medical consumables. Methods: The lifecycle management system of medical consumables was constructed through adopted browser/servicer(B/S) architecture, SQL server database and J2 EE programming and other information technique means, and connected with Supply Bao platform, HRP system and hospital information system(HIS). And a closed-loop management of medical consumables which contained a series of steps included procurement, acceptance and storage, application and issue, usage and billing and others was constructed by breaking through the information isolated island between supplier and logistics system of hospital, and between logistics system and HIS. Using the idea of setting up accounts, that the EX-warehouse of materials from grade-A warehouse equaled In-warehouse to grade-B warehouse, to implement management about amount and actual materials for grade-B warehouse, and to set up management system of grade-B warehouse, and to bring clinical grade-B warehouse into the supervision of material department, and to ensure there was no blind area in consumables management. Results: The life-cycle management system of medical consumables broke through the traditional management mode of consumables which was EX-warehouse represented consumption, and completely eradicated badness condition of waste in grade-B warehouse extremely, and realized effective supervisor for grade-B warehouse of hospital. Under the condition that the number of bed days of inpatients in the department is roughly equal, consumption of medical consumables decreased by 5.2%. Conclusion: The life-cycle management system of medical consumables on the basis of HRP system can realize the trace to the source for each medical consumable in life-cycle.
