摘  要:目的:基于信息技术进行药品库工作流程优化,实现从药品采购到入库、应用的全流程信息化管理。方法:部署数据交换前置机和数据库,改造完善药品库信息系统,完成与重庆市药械全程追溯体系暨医药智能物流公共信息平台的互联互通,实现医院药品线上采购、订单上传、验票收货以及电子入库工作的流程优化。对比分析药品库信息系统流程优化前后的各项工作耗时,并自制调查问卷调查流程优化的满意度。结果:流程优化后各项工作耗时明显缩短,其中每周大计划中的生成计划时间缩短87%,审核计划时间缩短93%,线上采购时间缩短89%;100种药品的票据查验时间缩短93%,药品入库时间缩短80%,入库审核时间缩短67%。药品库信息系统流程优化后工作人员满意率为89%。结论:药品库信息系统的改造及药品库工作流程优化,明显减少药品库工作人员工作量和工作时间,提高药品库工作人员满意度,可让医院更好地推行"两票制"。Objective: To optimize the working process of medicine storage based on information technique so as to realize the informatization of the whole process of medicine purchasing and putting in storage. Methods: Deployed the data exchange front-end machine and database, and transformed and improved the medicine storage information system, and completed the interconnection with Chongqing Pharmaceutical Machinery’s entire traceability system and the pharmaceutical intelligent logistics public information platform, and optimized the processes of online medicine purchase, order upload, check-in and receipt, electronic warehousing in hospital. Compared and analyzed the time consumption of various work before and after the process optimization of the information system of medicine storage, and surveyed the satisfaction of the process optimization using a self-made questionnaire. Results: After the process was optimized, the time consumption of various works was obviously shortened, and the generated planning time in the weekly larger plan was reduced by 87%, and the review planning time was shortened by 93%, and the online procurement time was reduced by 89%. The inspection time of 100 kinds of medicines was reduced by 93%, and the time for medicine storage was reduced by 80%, and the time of storage review was reduced by 67%. The staff satisfaction rate was 89% after the information system of medicine storage was optimized. Conclusion: The transformation of the information system and the optimization of the work flow of medicine storage can significantly reduce the workload and working time of the staffs of medicine storage, and improve the satisfaction of them. It can preferably be used to promote the "two-invoice system".
