摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下医学工程人员开展重症监护室(ICU)仪器设备维修处置工作时风险防控管理。方法:分析疫情下ICU仪器设备维修流程的风险并制定常见问题解决方案,提出ICU仪器设备维修的具体解决办法。结果:COVID-19疫情下ICU仪器设备维修方案的制定实施,使疫情期间科室医学工程人员零感染,且高效高质的完成了临床科室仪器设备维修处置工作。结论:加强COVID-19疫情下ICU仪器设备维修流程及常见问题解决方案研究,有助于提高医学工程人员对于仪器设备的维修处置效率和质量,减少医学工程人员在病区开展维修作业的时间,有效减低作业风险。Objective: To research and explore the management risk of prevention and control when the personnel of medical engineering carried out the maintenance and disposal of instruments and equipment in intensive care unit(ICU) under the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: Formulated the maintenance process of instruments and equipment in ICU under pandemic and the solutions of the relevantly common problems, and then the specific solution methods of the repairs for instrument and equipment in ICU were proposed. Results: The formulation and implementation of the maintenance plan of instruments and equipment in ICU under the COVID-19 pandemic ensured the safety of the personnel of the department of medical engineering during pandemic period, and it completed the maintenance and disposal of instruments and equipment in clinical department with high efficiency and quality. Conclusion: The discussion and research on the maintenance process of instruments and equipment in ICU under the COVID-19 pandemic and the solutions of the relevant common problems will help to improve the efficiency and quality of medical engineers for maintenance and disposal of instruments and equipment, and reduce the operation time of medical engineers in the ward region, and effectively decline the risk of the management of prevention and control.
