摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下医院负压隔离病房医用氧气系统改造,以适应疫情防控需要。方法:应对四川大学华西医院防控COVID-19疫情的临床需求,分析改造项目的必要性和面临的挑战,将普通传染病房设计改造为负压隔离病房,明确在改造负压隔离病房时医用氧气系统需把控的环节及要点,提出工程实施路径。结果:经设计和改造,医用气体系统能够有效满足临床救治COVID-19患者的用氧需求。结论:COVID-19疫情下医院负压隔离病房医用氧气系统的改造,需加强改造工程关键技术环节的质量控制,满足卫生应急规范,为医院顺利开展患者医疗救治工作提供技术保障。Objective: To explore the reconstruction of the medical oxygen system in isolation ward with negative pressure of hospital under the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic so as to meet the needs of prevention and control for pandemic. Methods: Aimed at the clinical requirements of preventing and controlling COVID-19 pandemic in West China hospital of Sichuan University, the necessity and facing challenge of reconstruction was analyzed. And the general infectious wards were designed and reconstructed to isolation wards with negative pressure. And the link and key point, which should be controlled in medical oxygen system when the isolation ward with negative pressure was reconstructed, were determined. And then, the implemented approach of engineering was proposed. Results: The reconstructed plan of the designed medical oxygen system can effectively meet requirement of using oxygen in clinical treating and curing patients with COVID-19. Conclusion: The reconstruction of medical oxygen system in isolation ward with negative pressure of hospital under COVID-19 pandemic need strengthen the quality control of key technical link of the reconstructed engineering and meet the standard of health emergency so as to provide technical support in implementing successful medical rescue for patients with COVID-19 of hospital.
