摘　　要：目的:探究新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)卫生应急消毒供应中心管理流程及对策。方法:通过临床实践与理论结合的方法,分别从疫情防控物资应急管控、器械处理流程、消毒方法以及消毒供应中心应对措施4个方面探讨消毒供应中心卫生应急流程管理的对策。结果:根据新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)的消毒特点及防护要求,制定消毒供应中心针对所使用的器械,从接收准备阶段到器械处理阶段的各环节的流程制度,实施疫情期间消毒供应中心管理的特殊措施,解决复用器械的处理难题。结论:医院消毒供应中心制订的疫情期间医疗器械各项管理流程及卫生应急应对措施,可保质保量地完成医院消毒灭菌工作,为临床一线提供最有利的医疗保障,从而更好地发挥消毒供应中心为临床提供技术保障的重要职能。Objective: To explore the management process and countermeasures of central sterile supply department(CSSD) of health emergency for Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods: The countermeasures of procedure management of health emergency in CSSD were explored from 4 aspects included emergent management and control for materials of pandemic prevention and control, the process flow of instruments, the method of disinfection and the solution of CSSD by the combinative method of clinical practice and theory. Results: The procedure system of each link of CSSD for used instruments, from the stage of reception and preparation to the stage of cleaning instrument, was formulated, and the special measures of management of CCSD in pandemic was implemented, according to the disinfection characteristics and the protection requirements of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV). And then, the difficult problem of re-used instruments was solved. Conclusion: The each management procedure and solution of health emergency about medical instrument that were formulated by CSSD of hospital during pandemic can ensure the quality and quantity in completing sterilization of hospital, and can provide the most favorable medical security for the clinical department. Therefore, they can preferably play the important role of CSSD that provides technical safeguard for the clinical department.
