摘　　要：静脉输液在临床应用广泛,但夜间输液时由于光线较暗,医护人员更换液体,家属和患者观注输液液位时,通常需要打开房间照明灯或床头灯,刺眼的灯光容易影响其他患者休息。为此,结合临床实际工作,利用专业知识设计制作一种带照明功能的夜间输液架,其具有输液背景光、操作区照明和感应开关功能,可实现在无其他光源的情况下,满足医护人员更换液体、家属和患者自行观注输液液位的需求。Intravenous infusion is widely used in clinical practice. Because the light is dim during infusion at night, the medical staff or patients’ family members or patients usually need turn on the room light or bedside lamp when they change the liquid or observe the infusion level. The dazzling light would affect the rest of other patients. Therefore, this paper combined with clinically actual work and used professional knowledge to design one kind of infusion shelf with illumination function that could be used at night. It has a series of functions such as backlight of infusion, illumination for operation and inductive switch. And it could realize the requirements that medical care personnel change fluid, and that patients’ family members and patients observe and pay attention to the liquid level of infusion by themselves without other light source.
