临床疗效评价应用于公立医院绩效考核中的思考

摘　　要：临床疗效评价体现患者治疗成效,是判断医疗行为结果的唯一标准,应成为当前公立医院绩效考核体系中有力的补充.通过评价量表等采集的临床疗效数据,经转化用于绩效考核.临床疗效应作为绩效考核的一个重要指标,可以在各种绩效考核方法中进行运用.探索以临床疗效评价为主的单病种临床医师绩效考核,思考建立疗效综合评价指数和评价动态监测机制,促进医疗质量提升和绩效考核目标的实现.Clinical efficacy evaluation reflects the treatment effect of patients.It is the only criterion to judge the results of medical behavior,and should be a powerful complement to the current performance evaluation system of public hospitals.The clinical efficacy data collected by the evaluation scale were transformed into performance appraisal.Clinical efficacy should be an important indicator of performance appraisal,which can be used in various performance appraisal methods to explore the performance appraisal of single-disease clinicians based on clinical efficacy evaluation,and to think about the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index and dynamic monitoring mechanism of efficacy evaluation,so as to promote the improvement of medical quality and the realization of performance appraisal goals.
