针刺蝶腭神经节联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺蝶腭神经节联合氯雷他定治疗持续性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的持续性过敏性鼻炎患者106例随机分为两组,治疗组53例,对照组53例,治疗组给予针刺蝶腭神经节联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后鼻部局部证候积分、鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量(RQLQ)评分、血清Ig E水平。结果两组患者治疗后患者鼻部局部证候积分、鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量(RQLQ)评分、血清Ig E均显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.23%,高于对照组的86.27%(P<0.05)。结论针刺蝶腭神经节联合氯雷他定治疗持续性过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,且疗效明显优于单用氯雷他定组。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with loratadine in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(53 cases)and control group(53 cases).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with loratadine,while the control group was treated with loratadine for 4 weeks.The nasal local syndrome score,RQLQ score and serum Ig E level were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of nasal local syndromes,RQLQ and Ig E in serum of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.23%in the treatment group,which was higher than 86.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with loratadine is effective in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis,and the curative effect is better than that of loratadine alone.
