摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预在男声女调患者嗓音康复中的应用。方法选取本科室诊治的30例男声女调患者,将其分为干预组和对照组,2组患者均接受针刺治疗与梅氏科学发声矫治法,其中干预组同时给予心理护理干预。分析比较治疗前后两组患者的嗓音障碍指数(VHL)与声学参数变化。结果①两组患者在治疗后嗓音障碍指数均有明显下降,干预组嗓音障碍指数下降程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以干预组情感项目下降最为显著(P<0.01);②两组患者治疗后基频(F0)Hz、最长发音时间(MPT)均有明显好转,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③两组患者音强度、基频微扰、振幅微扰均有好转,治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结果可能与本病的发病率低样本量少有关。结论在男声女调治疗过程中,心理护理干预有助于改善患者嗓音障碍指数,其中情感方面改善尤为突出,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention in the vocal rehabilitation of the patients with falsetto.Methods A total of 30 male and female patients were divided into two groups:The intervention group and the control group.The two groups were treated with acupuncture and Meyer's scientific vocal therapy,and the intervention group was given psychological nursing intervention at the same time.The changes of vocal disturbance index(VHL)and acoustic parameters were compared before and after treatment.Results①After treatment,the vocal disorder index in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).②The basic frequency(F0)Hz and the longest speech time(MPT)of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and there was statistically significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).③The intensity of sound,frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation of the two groups were all improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),which may be related to the limited number of cases.Conclusion In the treatment process of falsetto,psychological nursing intervention is helpful to improve the vocal disorder index of patients,especially in emotional aspect,which is worthy of clinical application.
