摘  要:三通管在各个行业应用广泛,针对现有三通管局部水头损失系数ζ大,内部流动特性差等问题,研发出一种新型的三通管流道结构,揭示新型三通管的阻力与流动特性和相关结构参数的关系,得到合理新型三通管内部流道设计方案。基于SolidWorks2016、CFD软件对DN32的普通120°等径三通管进行数值计算,验证模拟的可靠性,并且对新型三通管内部流道结构参数进行优化。结果表明:①进口处与两个出口处的ζ01,ζ02均随着肥胖系数λ、最大宽度B都是先减小后增大,两者均随λ呈现二次函数的趋势变化,ζ01、ζ02最小时所对应的λ=4.27,B=42.22 mm左右。②分流损失系数比β随B与λ均呈现两端平缓,中间变异的趋势变化。③新型三通管关于对称面速度分布并不是对称的,低速区会偏向于三通管重心左下方,随着雷诺数增大低速区域越来越小,肥胖系数λ在(4.15,4.91]范围之内流线分布较为光顺均匀。The three-way pipe is widely used in various industries.In view of the problems of large local head loss coefficientζand poor internal flow characteristics of the existing three-way pipe,a new type of three-way pipe runner structure is developed to reveal the resistance of the new tee pipe.The relationship between flow characteristics and related structural parameters is used to obtain a reasonable internal flow passage design scheme for the new tee.Based on SolidWorks2016 and CFD software,this paper numerically calculates the normal 120°equal-diameter tee of DN32,verifies the reliability of the simulation,and optimizes the internal flow channel structure parameters of the new tee.The results show that:①Bothζ01 andζ02 at the inlet and at the two exits decrease first and then increase with the obesity coefficientλand the maximum width B,and the change trend curves of both andλexhibit a quadratic function change.ζ01,ζ02 corresponds toλ=4.2706,B=42.22 mm.②The split loss coefficient ratioβwith both B andλis flat at both ends,and the trend of intermediate variation changes.③The new three-way pipe is not symmetric about the symmetry plane velocity distribution,and the low-speed zone will be biased to the lower left of the center of gravity of the tee.As the Reynolds number increases,the low-speed zone becomes smaller and smaller.The distribution of the obesity coefficientλis smooth and uniform within the range of(4.15,4.91].
