净味重载改性沥青在隧道铺面工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：净味环保沥青近年来在我国沥青路面建设中得到越来越多的应用。基于上海沿江通道越江隧道工程,通过检测对比净味重载沥青混合料和普通重载沥青混合料在室内试验、拌和生产和沥青摊铺施工过程中的气体排放和臭气浓度,分析净味改性沥青混合料的环保效果。结果表明:相较普通重载改性沥青混合料,净味重载改性沥青混合料的SO2和NOx排放降低40%以上,拌和生产和摊铺施工中臭气浓度降低幅度分别为43.8%和24.1%。净味和有害气体减排效果显著,可有效改善施工作业环境。同时,净味重载改性沥青混合料的60℃和70℃动稳定度可达到7 000次/mm和4 000次/mm以上,具有优良的抗高温变形性能,可满足重载交通要求。In recent years,clean taste environmental protection asphalt has been more& more used in asphalt pavement construction in China.Based on the river crossing tunnel projects of Shanghai riverside channels,through testing &comparing the gas emission & odor concentration of the clean taste heavy load asphalt mixture and the ordinary heavy load asphalt mixture in the indoor test,mixing production and asphalt paving construction process,the analysis of environmental protection effect of clean taste modified asphalt mixture is made.The results show that:compared with the ordinary heavy load modified asphalt mixture,the SO2 and NOx emissions of the clean taste heavy load modified asphalt mixture are reduced by more than 40%,and the odor concentration in mixing production and paving construction are reduced by 43.8% and 24.1%,respectively.The emission reduction effect of clean odor and harmful gas is significant,which can effectively improve the construction environment.At the same time,the dynamic stability of clean taste heavy haul modified asphalt mixture at 60 ℃and 70℃ can reach more than 7 000 times/mm and 4 000 times/mm,which has excellent high temperature deformation resistance and can meet the requirements of heavy load traffic.
