摘 要:石油石化企业供热电厂母管制机组热力系统复杂、运行优化难度大,有待通过整体优化实现节能增效。文章对供热电厂热力系统进行了优化研究,采用焓熵图进行[火用]损分析,制订母管制热力系统整体优化方案,指导机组运行调整和技术改造。研究成果在某大型炼化企业供热电厂进行了实际应用,实现发电标煤耗下降18-21 g/kW·h,同时增加年发电量5618万kW·h,节能量达到1.7〜2万吨标准煤。The thermal system of pipe-main unit in heating power plant of petrochemical enterprise is complex and difficult to optimize,so it is necessary to realize energy saving and efficiency increasing through overall optimization.In this paper,the thermal system of heating power plant is optimized by adopting enthalpy entropy diagram and formulating overall optimization scheme for the pipe-main thermal system to guide the operation adjustment and technical transformation of the unit.The research results have been applied in heating power plant of a large refining and chemical enterprise,which reduced standard coal consumption of power generation by 18-21 g/kW·h while increasing annual power generation by 56.18 million kw-h,with energy saving totaling 17-20 kt of standard coal.
