摘  要:某热电厂长期存在发电机内冷水铜离子超标的问题,虽然前期进行了相关试验,但效果不够理想。通过对铜腐蚀机理、前期试验结果、现场设备状况和运行情况进行综合分析,采取了现场设备改造,增设内冷水处理装置、加药装置、除碳器。改造后内冷水pH值8.0~8.5、电导率小于5 us/cm、铜离子小于40μg/L,水质符合国家、电力行业标准要求,彻底解决内冷水铜腐蚀问题,降低了发电机的泄漏率。The copper ion content in the inner cooling water of a generator exceeded the specification for a long time in a thermal power plant.Although relevant tests were carried out in the early stage,the results were not satisfactory.Based on comprehensive analysis of copper corrosion mechanism,preliminary test results,equipment condition and operation,modification design of relevant equipment was made by adding inner cooling water treatment,dosing device and carbon remover.The modification has ensured that the pH of inner cooling water was 8.0-8.5,the conductivity was less than 5μs/cm,and the copper ion content was less than 40μg/L,with the water quality meeting the requirements of the national standard and electric power industry standard.Thus the copper corrosion problem of the internal cooling water has been completely solved,and the leakage rate of the generator has also been reduced.
