摘 要:针对某油田含聚合物废水处理系统现状与问题,提出了有针对性的废水处理技术方案。该方案以"脱聚+厌氧+好氧+高级氧化/附聚微降解技术"为主要工艺流程,脱聚处理有效去除大部分难降解大分子聚合物;生物处理单元应用高级氧化/附聚微降解技术,可确保全系统出水稳定可靠达标。从试验结果来看,脱聚单元COD去除率45%~65%,生物处理单元55%~60%,AOPS1单元COD平均去除率为45%,SBAC单元为50%。总出水COD浓度在30~40 mg/L之间,满足石化行业污水排放现行最严标准(≤50 mg/L)。A specific technical scheme for wastewater treatment is proposed to address the problems in polymer wastewater treatment system in an oilfield.The main process of the scheme is composed of"depolymerization+anaerobic+aerobic+advanced oxidation/agglomerate microdegradation technology".Depolymerization can effectively remove most of the refractory macromolecular polymers.Biological treatment unit using advanced oxidation/agglomerate microdegradation technology can ensure the stability and reliability of the effluent water up to the standard in whole system.The results show that the removal rate of the depolymerizing unit is 45%〜65%,the removal rate of biological treatment unit is 55%〜60%,the average removal rate of AOPS1 is 45%,and the average removal rate of SBAC units is 50%.The total effluent COD concentration is between 30 and 40mg/L,which is lower than the current strictest standard(≤ 50mg/L)for wastewater discharge in the petrochemical industry.
