摘　　要：阐述了医院基于循证决策理念配置医疗设备的意义,从需求层、资源层和风险层3个层面分别介绍了医疗设备的循证决策框架和影响因素。并以W医院配置血液透析设备为例,介绍了如何在循证决策框架下综合考虑各方面因素,应用成本核算、投资效益评估、政策评估等方法构建分析模型支撑循证决策,为医院医疗设备的科学评估和配置提供了参考。The significance of hospital allocation of medical equipment based on the concept of evidence-based decisionmaking was elaborated, and the evidence-based decision framework and influencing factors of medical equipment were introduced from three levels of demand layer, resource layer and risk layer respectively. W Hospital’s allocation of hemodialysis equipment was taken as an example to introduce the establishment procedure of the analytical model facilitating evidence-based decision and promoting hospital medical equipment evaluation and allocation. The analytical model was built with comprehensive considerations, cost accounting, investment benefit assessment and policy evaluation.
