摘　　要：目的:研制一种肩负式担架抬运具,以解决高原环境下单纯使用手臂抬运通用担架带来的疲劳问题。方法:肩负式担架抬运具采用高强度涤纶材质制作,包括左、右肩带和左、右调节带,通过机械缝纫形成X形后交叉。左、右肩带底部活动连接有左、右调节带。肩带包括日字扣、肩垫及握把环。日字扣配合设置在左、右调节带上,肩垫覆盖在左、右肩带的顶部外侧,握把环通过缝纫固定设置在左、右肩带的底部位置。结果:该担架抬运具改变了担架的受力方式,解放了抬运人员的双手,减轻了抬运人员疲劳程度,增加了伤病员的抬运距离。结论:该担架抬运具质量轻、受力强度大、成本低,可作为担架的辅助用具,适宜在高原缺氧、道路条件较差时转运后送伤员。Objective To develop a shoulder-carrying sling to avoid fatigue due to transporting the general stretcher in plateau conditions.Methods The shoulder-carrying sling was made of high-strength polyester material,which was composed of a strap connected with a regulating belt on the bottom at each shoulder.The shoulder straps formed an X-shaped back cross by mechanical sewing,which each had a buckle,a shoulder pad and a grip loop.The buckles were respectively attached to the left and right regulating belts,the shoulder pads covered the top and outside of the left and right shoulder straps,and the grip rings were sewn on the bottoms of the left and right straps respectively.Results The shoulder-carrying sling changed the force mode of the stretcher and freed the hands of the carriers so that the fatigue of the carriers was relieved and the carrying distance of the casualty was increased.Conclusion The shoulder-carrying sling developed gains advantages in low weight and high stress strength,and thus can be used as an auxiliary tool of the stretcher for transporting the casualty in the plateau or poor road conditions.
