摘　　要：缩短肝移植无肝期时间可减轻肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤,而血流快速重建是缩短无肝期时间的关键。本研究设计了一种磁辅助快速血管吻合装置,该装置包括磁环和底座两部分。磁环材质为钕铁硼,表面镀氮化钛,为装置实现快速血管重建提供足够的吸力;底座为带孔底座或带柱底座,可实现血管与装置的固定。该装置通过磁铁对吸可瞬时实现血管重建,而后在血流通常情况下完成血管缝合,缝合完成后即可拆除该装置。该血管吻合装置设计巧妙、易加工、操作简单、适用范围广,具有极大的临床应用价值。Shortening the liver-free period of liver transplantation can reduce the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,and rapid reconstruction of blood flow is the key to shortening the liver-free period.In this study,a magnetic assisted rapid vascular anastomosis device was designed,which included magnetic ring and base.The magnetic ring was made of NdFeB,providing enough suction for the device to achieve fast anastomosis.The base was designed with a hole or a column,which could fix the blood vessel and the device.The device can achieve vascular anastomosis instantly by magnet.After vascular anastomosis is completed,the end of blood vessel can be sewn easily and the magnetic device will be removed finally.The vascular anastomosis device has the advantages of ingenious design,easy processing,simple operation and wide application range,which has great clinical application value.
