摘　　要：目的为了提高随访率,减少随访工作量,加强随访管理,设计并实现综合医院“互联网+”随访信息系统。方法采用SpringCloud分布式Web技术的B/S结构设计,从临床数据中心提取患者治疗全过程数据,自定义随访计划,自动生成随访任务,并进行后期随访统计,实现随访全流程管理。结果共有52个科室建立了121个随访计划,实现了住院患者和门诊患者的全面随访,随访率从63%上升到66%,重点疾病随访率从79%上升到88%,随访质量也得到提高。结论利用“互联网+”随访信息系统,能够有效地实现综合性医院的随访需求。Objective To design and realize“Internet+”follow-up visit information system to improve the follow-up rate,reduce the workload of follow-up and strengthen follow-up management in general hospitals.Methods The B/S structure design of SpringCloud distributed Web technology was used to extract patient treatment data from the clinical data center,customize the follow-up plan and generate follow-up tasks automatically,perform follow-up statistics lately,and achieved full follow-up process management.Results Full follow-up of inpatients and outpatients were achieved with 52 departments had established 121 follow-up plans totally.The follow-up rate had increased from 63%to 66%,the follow-up rate for key diseases had increased from 79%to 88%,and the quality of follow-up had also been improved.Conclusion The“Internet+”follow-up information system can effectively realize the follow-up requirements of the general hospital.
