磁共振设备预防性维护策略研究

摘　　要：目的为保证磁共振设备的高效运行,降低其使用成本,延长其使用寿命。方法通过查阅文献、调研日常工作中磁共振设备的常见故障和维修方法,总结分析磁共振设备常见故障发生原因,提出磁共振设备的维护和维修策略。结果实施预防性维护后,磁共振维修次数明显下降,为医院节省了大量人力、物力,提高了磁共振设备的运行效率。结论磁共振成像系统复杂,故障类型多,预防性维护能够有效降低故障率,达到降低运行成本,提高运行效率的目的。Objective To ensure the efficient operation of magnetic resonance equipment,reduce its cost and prolong its service life.Methods By consulting the literature and investigating common failures and maintenance methods of magnetic resonance equipment in daily work,the causes of common faults of magnetic resonance equipment were summarized and analyzed,and the maintenance strategies of magnetic resonance equipment were proposed.Results After the implementation of preventive maintenance,the number of magnetic resonance repairs decreased significantly,saving a lot of manpower and material resources for the hospital and improving the operation efficiency of magnetic resonance equipment.Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging system is complex with many types of failures.Preventive maintenance can effectively reduce the fault rate,achieve the purpose of reducing operating cost and improving operating efficiency.
