摘　　要：医用单光子加速器的加速管与电子枪、离子泵和射线靶焊接加工为同一个组件,其中任一部件出现问题均需维修甚至更换整个组件,维修费用开支巨大。本文采用故障树分析方法,从原理出发,选取5种典型的故障表现,包括加速管真空度下降、YLD连锁、射线靶冷却铜管漏水、电子枪高压线缆接头被击穿和FLOW连锁,总结分析相关故障的判断思路及维修方法,详细介绍更换该类型加速管排除故障的过程。本文旨在分享有效的保护和预防措施,最大程度延长加速管的使用寿命,创造经济效益和社会效益,并为同行提供参考。The accelerator tube of medical single photon accelerator is welded with electron gun,ion pump and ray target.If any part fails,it is necessary to repair or even replace the whole assembly,which will cause huge maintenance costs.In this paper,fault tree analysis method was adopted.According to the operation principle of the equipment,five typical fault manifestations were selected,including vacuum drop of accelerating tube,YLD interlock,water leakage of cooling copper tube of ray target,breakdown of high voltage cable joint of electron gun and FLOW interlock.The judgment ideas and maintenance methods of related faults were summarized and analyzed,and the process of replacing this type of accelerating tube to remove the fault was introduced in detail.We hope to share effective protection and preventive measures to maximize the service life of the accelerating tube,create economic and social benefits,and provide reference for colleagues.
