摘 要:为明确种子包衣处理对小麦全生育期茎基腐病的防治效果,通过室内种衣剂筛选和田间多地应用试验,测定了种衣剂处理对小麦茎基腐病的防治效果。结果表明:6种供试种衣剂均对小麦茎基腐病有很好的室内防治效果,且防治效果均随种衣剂用量的增加而增加,处理28 d后的防治效果为92.6%~100.0%,其中4.8%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈FS在2 m L/kg(种子)和4 m L/kg(种子)用量下防治效果均达到了100.0%。4.8%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈FS在4 m L/kg(种子)用量下对冬前苗期、拔节期、灌浆期小麦茎基腐病均有一定的防治效果,且防治效果与病害发生程度有关,在病害较轻地块上的防治效果显著高于重病地块。随着小麦生育期的推移,种衣剂的防治效果均呈下降趋势,种衣剂处理对小麦苗期茎基腐病病株率和病情指数的防治效果均最高,分别为60.4%~100.0%和45.5%~100.0%。In order to ascertain the control effect of seed coating treatment on Fusarium crown rot during the whole growth period of wheat,the control effects of seed coating treatments on Fusarium crown rot were evalu ated through the screening of seed coating agents in greenhouse and the continuous measurements of field ap pli cation effects.The results showed that all the 6 seed coating agents tested had good control effects on Fusarium crown rot in laboratory and the control effect increased with the increasing of seed coating agent dosage.The control effects were 92.6%-100.0%twenty eight days after treatments.Among them 4.8%difenoconazoleofludioxonil FS at the dosage of 2 mL/kg seeds and 4 mL/kg seeds had good control effect on crown rot with the control efficiency of 100%.4.8%difenoconazoleofludioxonil FS at the dosage of 4 mL/kg seeds had a certain control effect on Fusarium crown rot at pre-winter seedling stage,jointing stage and filling stage,and the control effect of light disease field was better than that of serious disease field.With the development of wheat growth period,the control effect of seed coating agent showed a downward trend.The control effect of seed coating treatment on the incidence and disease index of Fusarium crown rot at seedling stage were60.4%-100.0%and 45.5%-100.0%,respectively.
