高产优质广适冬小麦新品种冀麦867的选育及育种策略

摘　　要：河北省农林科学院粮油作物研究所以太谷核不育群体为基础,逐年加入冀麦5385、邯优3475、师栾02-1等优质、高产、抗病和矮秆材料,实现了优异基因的聚合,采用综合常规育种、分子标记育种、品质测定等技术,经过多年选育,成功培育出高产、优质、广适冬小麦新品种冀麦867。该品种生育期243 d,株高70.7 cm,穗数684万穗/hm^2,穗粒数34.7个,千粒重39.4 g;抗寒,抗旱,抗倒伏,抗叶锈病和纹枯病。2010~2011年冀中南优质组区域试验,冀麦867平均产量为7697.6 kg/hm^2,较对照师栾02-1增产1.37%。2016年通过河北省冀中南优质组品种审定(审定编号:冀审麦2016006)。该品种适宜在冀中南冬麦区中高水肥地种植。In order to select and breed a new winter wheat variety suitable for planting in the central and southern Hebei,with high yield and good quality,good stress resistance,strong tillering ability,lodging resistance and strong adaptability,based on Taigu genic male sterile population,high quality,high yield,disease resistance and dwarfing materials such as Jimai 5385,Hanyou 3475 and Shiluan 02-1 were added to realize the polymerization of excellent genes year by year.Based on the techniques of conventional breeding,molecular marker breeding and quality determination,the high yield,good quality,multi-resistance and wide application variety Jimai 867 were successfully selected.It has the characteristics of 243 days of whole development period was,70.7 cm of plant height,6840000 spikes/hm^2,34.7 grains per spike and 39.4 g of 1000-grain weight.It is resistant to cold,drought,logging,leaf rust and sheath blight.The average yield was 7697.6 kg/hm^2 in the regional test of high quality group in the central and southern Hebei from 2010 to 2011,increasing by1.37%than the control Shiluan 02-1.It was approved in 2016,which is suitable for planting in the medium and high water and fertilizer plots in the central and southern Hebei.
