摘 要:目的:研究清热解毒汤对临床分离的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:应用K-B法对临床分离的大肠埃希菌进行抗生素药敏试验,筛选出产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌;采用琼脂二倍稀释法观察清热解毒汤对产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌效果。结果:研究筛选出92株产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌,体外抑菌试验表明清热解毒汤对产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌的最低抑菌浓度分别是250 g/L(10/92)、125 g/L(29/92)、62.5 g/L(45/92)、31.25 g/L(8/92)。结论:不同浓度的清热解毒汤对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌有不同程度的抑菌作用。Objective To study the antibacterial activity of Qingrejiedu decoction on clinical isolates of Escherichia coli which producing extended-spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLs). Methods The antibiotic susceptibility test was performed on clinically isolated Escherichia coli by K-B method. The Escherichia coli which producing ESBLs was screened. The in vitro antibacterial effect of Qingrejiedu Decoction on Escherichia coli which producing ESBLs was observed by agar double dilution method. Results A total of 92 Escherichia coli strains which producing ESBLs were screened. The in vitro bacteriostatic test showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of Qingrejiedu Decoction on Escherichia coli which producing ESBLs was 250 g/L(10/92), 125 g/L(29/92), 62.5 g/L(45/92) and 31.25 g/L(8/92). Conclusion Different concentrations of Qingrejiedu Decoction have different degrees of antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli.
