综合疗法治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合疗法治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的60例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机综合平衡方法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用双侧子宫动脉上行支结扎术进行治疗,观察组采用综合疗法,即采用子宫捆绑术联合麦角新碱子宫肌注射进行治疗,比较两组的血流动力学指标、产后并发症、手术指标、止血总有效率。结果观察组的血流动力学指标优于对照组,止血总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后并发症总发生率、产褥病感染发生率均低于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对剖宫产产后出血患者实行综合疗法即实施子宫捆绑术联合麦角新碱子宫肌注射进行治疗的效果十分显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random comprehensive balance method,the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The control group was given bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation,and the observation group was given comprehensive therapy,that was,uterine bunding combined with myometrial injection of Ergometrine for treatment.Hemodynamic indices,postpartum complications,surgical indices,and total effective rate of hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results The hemodynamic indices were better than those in the control group,total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate postpartum complications and puerperal infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the surgery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive therapy,namely uterine bunding combined with myometrial injection of Ergometrine in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,is highly significant.
