摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动联合安全护理在提升术后24 h患者基础护理合格率中的作用。方法选取我院2018年2月~2019年9月收治的80例手术患者为研究对象,以筛选法与整体群抽法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规性护理,观察组患者采用安全护理配合QCC活动。比较两组患者术后24 h基础护理合格率、不同干预方式护理风险总发生率。结果观察组患者术后24 h基础护理合格率为97.50%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理风险总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合开展安全护理与QCC活动,能使术后24 h患者检查护理合格率显著提升,而且还能减少护理风险发生,提高护理安全。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle(QCC)activities combined with safety nursing in improving the qualification rate of basic nursing for patients 24 hours after operation.Methods A total of 80 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by screening method and whole group sampling method,each had 40 cases.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received safety nursing and QCC activities.The eligible rate of 24-hour basic nursing and the total risk rate of different intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of basic nursing 24 hours after operation in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 85.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 30.00%in the control group,the total difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of safety nursing and QCC can significantly improve the qualified rate of examination and nursing 24 hours after operation,reduce the occurrence of nursing risk and improve the safety of nursing.
