临床护理路径干预在直肠癌化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径干预在直肠癌化疗患者中的应用。方法选取2017年1月~2019年8月我院收治的100例直肠癌化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径干预。比较两组的健康知识掌握情况、不良事件总发生率及患者总满意度。结果干预后,观察组的疾病发生发展、治疗原则、外周静脉植入的中心静脉导管(PICC)基础知识、注意事项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径干预应用于直肠癌化疗患者,可改善患者健康知识掌握及满意度,提高安全性。Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway intervention in patients with rectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From January 2017 to August 2019,100 patients with rectal cancer treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical nursing path intervention.The health knowledge,the total incidence of adverse events and patients′total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of disease occurrence and development,treatment principle,basic knowledge of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)and precautions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway intervention can be used in patients with rectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy to improve their health knowledge and satisfaction and improve their safety.
