摘  要:随着空气污染问题受到越来越多的关注,空气污染物中PM 2.5颗粒的监测显得尤为重要。β射线颗粒物自动监测仪作为PM 2.5颗粒监测的一种有效手段,其常用的发射源为碳-14β源。本文主要从原料混合、过滤吸附及源片密封工艺等方面研究了高发射率碳-14β源的最优制备方法。结果表明,将碳酸钡、二氧化锆、丙酮的混合液磁力搅拌后过滤吸附、塑封、装壳,最终制备的碳-14β放射源的β粒子表面发射率可达10^6s^-1。同时,研究发现密封膜对β粒子的阻挡率在17%左右。最后对成品源进行了质量检验,检验结果表明,碳-14β源具有密封性好、无泄漏的优点,且表面无污染水平远低于国家标准。With more and more attention being paid to air pollution, it is particularly important to monitor PM 2.5 particles in air pollutants. As an effective means of PM 2.5 particle monitoring, the carbon-14 β source is commonly used in a beta-ray particle automatic monitor. In this paper, the optimum preparation method of high emissivity carbon-14 beta source was studied mainly from raw material mixing, filtration adsorption and source sheet sealing processes. After the mixture of barium carbonate, zirconium dioxide and acetone was magnetically stirred, filtered and adsorbed, molded and installed in source shell, the results showed that the surface emissivity of the beta particles prepared in carbon-14 beta source by this method was up to 10^6s^-1, At the same time, it was found that the barrier rate of the sealing film to beta particles was about 17%. Finally, we conducted quality inspection on the finished product source, and the inspection results showed that the carbon-14 source had the advantages of good sealing and no leakage, and the surface pollution-free level was far lower than the national standards.
