超高功率石墨电极生产能源消耗量计算与节能措施

摘　　要：计算了年产10万t超高功率石墨电极的能源消耗量,结果表明:石墨电极生产中电力消耗最大,其次是天然气消耗,分别占能源消耗总量的59.35%和40.60%;通过对能耗的分析提出了相应的节能措施。The energy consumption of the ultrahigh power graphite electrode with an annual output of 100000 tons is calculated.The graphite electrode produced the largest power consumption,followed by the natural gas consumption,which accounted for 59.35%and 40.60%of the total energy consumption.Corresponding energy saving measures are proposed through analysis of energy consumption.
