摘 要:以诸葛菜(Orychophragmus violaceus)半木质化嫩枝为试材,采用正交试验设计,测定分析不同植物生长调节剂种类[萘乙酸(NAA)、生根剂(ABT)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)]、浓度(300、200和100 mg/L)及浸泡时间(15、10和5 min)对诸葛菜扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果显示:各因素对诸葛菜扦插生根影响的较佳组合为200 mg/L+ABT+浸泡插条15 min可获最大生根率;利用300 mg/L+NAA+浸泡插条10 min,得到的平均根数最多;利用300 mg/L+NAA+浸泡插条5 min,得到的平均根长最大,生产中可根据不同的育苗目的调整扦插处理方法。综合分析得出,300 mg/L+NAA+浸泡插条15min的均值最高,其各生长指标在所有组合中均表现较好,可作为今后诸葛菜扦插繁殖的重要依据。Taking semi-lignified branches of Orychophragmus violaceusas cutting,an orthogonal design was adopted to study the effect of cutting locati growth[regulators(NAA)、rooting powder(ABT)and indoleacetic acid(IAA)],concentratioon,the rooting and budding indexes of Orychophragmus violaceus cuttings treated with different plants(300,200 and 100 mg/L)and soaking times(15,10 and 5 min)were determined and analyzed.The results show that the most suitable factor combination for cutting rooting rate was 200mg/L ABT soaked for 15 minutes,the most suitable combination on average roots was 300 mg/L NAA soaking cuttings for 10 min,the most suitable combination on average root length was 300 mg/L IAA soaking cuttings for 5 min,Cutting methods could be improved according to propagation targets.Comprehensive analysis shows that the average value of 300 mg/L NAA soaking cuttings for 15min is the highest,and its growth indexes are good in all combinations,which can be used as a reference for cutting propagation research of Orychophragmus violaceusin the future.
