摘 要:针对现有路面预制块的构造形式,提出一种新型底部槽形预制块用于预制块路面铺筑.预制块选用普通型水泥混凝土预制块(CB),公称尺寸为400 mm×200 mm×120 mm,预制块底部槽的构造形式选用方形槽(Shell-R)、三角形槽(TG-5T)和矩形槽(TG-5R).通过试验研究,比较不同槽型预制块的抗压强度、抗折强度,以及两种工况下(无垂直加载和5 kN荷载垂直加载)的临界水平摩阻力.结果表明:底部槽形预制块的抗压强度和抗折强度有所下降,但临界水平摩阻力有所提高.底部方形槽Shell-R的预制块抗压性能最差,抗折性能最好,三角形槽TG-5T的抗压性能最好,抗折性能最差,矩形槽TG-5R的抗压性能和抗折性能较为均衡,无垂直加载时三角形槽TG-5T的临界水平摩阻力最大,加载5 kN垂直荷载时TG-5R的临界水平摩阻力最大.经过综合比较,推荐使用底部矩形槽TG-5R的预制块用于预制块路面铺筑.According to the structure of existing pavement precast blocks,a new type of bottom trough precast block was proposed for pavement paving of precast blocks.Ordinary cement concrete precast block(CB)with nominal size of 400 mm×200 mm×120 mm was selected as precast block,and the structural types of the bottom groove of precast block were Shell-R,triangular groove(TG-5T)and rectangular groove(TG-5R).Through experimental study,the compressive strength,flexural strength and critical horizontal friction under two working conditions(no vertical load and 5 kN vertical load)of prefabricated blocks with different grooves were compared.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the underside shaped precast block decrease,but the critical friction increases.The prefabricated block of Shell-R with square groove at the bottom has the worst compressive performance and the best flexural performance,while TG-5T with triangular groove has the best compressive performance and the worst flexural performance.Compressive and flexural properties of rectangular groove TG-5R are balanced.The critical horizontal friction of TG-5T in triangular groove is the largest when no vertical load is applied,and the critical horizontal friction of TG-5R is the largest when 5 kN vertical load is applied.After comprehensive comparison,it is recommended to use precast block with rectangular groove TG-5R at the bottom for paving precast block pavement.
