摘　　要：针刺疗法在临床上有着广泛地运用和明确的疗效。捻转补泻手法作为基本补泻手法之一被广泛运用,合理地运用捻转补泻手法可以提高针刺疗效,但在临床上对于捻转补泻手法的操作手法还没有统一的认识及相应的操作标准。通过对古代典籍和现代相关文献的研究和梳理,针对捻转补泻的操作方法、相关机制及其效应作简要概述,以期为规范针刺捻转补泻手法的操作标准、研究捻转补泻手法的作用机制及进一步提高针刺临床效果提供帮助。Acupuncture is widely used in clinic and has curative effect.The reinforcing-reducing method by twirling needle,as one of the basic reinforcing and reducing methods,is widely used.The rational use of reinforcing-reducing method by twirling needle can improve the clinical effect,but the understanding and criteria on the operating techniques have not been unified.Through the analysis of ancient and modern literature,the operation techniques,mechanism and effect of the reinforcing-reducing method by twirling needle are explained,hoping to provide evidence for the operating criteria and effect of the reinforcingreducing method by twirling needle,and to provide assist for the clinical effect of acupuncture.
