摘　　要：结合穿越总长度954 m的工程案例,对PE燃气管道水平定向钻穿越工程进行探讨。分析工程难点,进行穿越方案比选,提出“管中管”(钢管内穿PE管)的穿越工艺。使用管箍滑轮结构,优化PE管穿钢管和端头碰口对接工艺。Combined with the engineering case of a total crossing length of 954 m,the PE gas pipeline horizontal directional drilling crossing project is discussed.The engineering difficulties are analyzed,the crossing schemes are compared and selected,and the crossing process of"pipe-in-pipe"(PE pipe insertion in steel pipe)is proposed.The pipe hoop pulley structure is used to optimize the PE pipe through the steel pipe and the end butt joint process.
