摘 要:随着石油化工、塑料、合成纤维、焦化等工业和农业的迅速发展,挥发酚类物质通过各种途径进入土壤和沉积物,污染情况日趋严重,土壤中挥发酚的监测显得越来越重要。建立了SKALAR SAN++连续流动注射仪测定土壤中的挥发酚的方法流程,方法的检出限为0.053 mg/kg,测定下限为0.21 mg/kg,对3种不同的土壤进行检测,测定标准偏差范围为0.016~0.146 mg/kg,变异系数小于6.5%,对不同的实际土壤样品加标回收率范围在71.0%~115.0%之间,结果表明该方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度均符合质量保证要求,该方法流程较简单,分析速度快、成本低,且对环境污染小,能针对大批量土壤样品连续快速测定。With the rapid development of industries such as petrochemicals,plastics,synthetic fibers,coking,and agriculture,volatile phenols enter the soil and sediments through various paths,and the pollution situation is becoming increasingly serious,so the monitoring of volatile phenols in soil becomes more and more important.In this paper, the process of SKALAR SAN+ +continuous flow injector for the determination of volatile phenol in soil was established,the detection limit of this method is 0.053 mg/kg,and the reliable quantitation limit is 0.21 mg/kg.Three different soils were tested and the standard deviation range were 0.016 ~ 0.146 mg/kg,and the coefficient of variation were less than 6.5%.The recoveries for different actual soil samples range from 71.0% ~ 115.0%.The results showed that the method has high sensitivity,precision and accuracy meet the requirements of quality assurance.The method has a relatively simple process,fast analysis speed,low cost,and little environmental pollution.It can be used for continuous and rapid determination of large quantities of soil samples.
