摘  要:对南丹县天生桥水库浮游植物群落结构特征进行调查研究,利用多样性指数和综合营养状态指数对水库水体营养水平进行评价。结果表明,多样性指数和营养化变化趋势均呈现坝址下游>库尾上游>库区内。针对水库水质现状和存在问题,从划定水源保护区、建立环境监测体系、库区底泥治理、生活面源治理、农业面源治理等方面,提出保证水源水质的防控措施。The community structure of phytoplankton in Tianshengqiao Reservoir of Nandan County was investigated.Eutrophication level of reservoir was analyzed by diversity index and comprehensive nutritional status index.The results showed that the trend of biodiversity index and eutrophication was downstream of dam site > upstream of reservoir tail > reservoir area.In view of the present situation and existing problems of water quality in the reservoir,the prevention measures for improving water quality were put forward,form the aspects of delimitation of water source protection area,establishment of environmental monitoring system,sediment treatment in reservoir area,non-point source treatment for living and non-point source treatment for agriculture.
