摘  要:废旧塑料回收利用价值较高,经过破碎、清洗、再生造粒或裂解等过程可以生产各种再生塑材制品或燃料。为实现废旧塑料资源再生,需对被污染塑料进行清洁提质。采用廉价砂石作为清洗介质对废旧塑料进行砂洗,处理成本较低。选取某城镇生活垃圾处理厂为工程试点,设计并运行规模为1000 kg/d的废旧塑料砂洗中试。以废旧塑料砂洗前后漂洗液的浊度之差与砂洗前漂洗液的浊度之比作为效果评价指标,当在塑砂比1∶20、摩擦清洗时间30 min状态下,废旧塑料清洁率达到90%,成本约为305元/t废塑料。Waste plastics have a high value of reutilization,and can be recovered for producing recycled plastic products or fuels via the processes such as crushing,washing,regeneration granulation and splitting decomposition.In order to regenerate waste plastic resources,it is necessary to clean and improve the quality of contaminated plastics.In this paper,cheap sand and gravel were used as cleaning medium to sand wash waste plastic,the treatment cost is low.A municipal solid waste treatment plant was selected as a pilot project,designing and operating waste plastic sand washing pilot test with a scale of 1000 kg/d.The ratio between the turbidity difference before and after sand washing and the turbidity before sand washing was used as the evaluation index.The results showed under the ratio(plastic/sand) 1/20 and cleaning time 30 min,the cleaning rate of waste plastics reaches 90% and estimated cleaning cost is around 305 RMB/t.
