摘　　要：安全感不仅是个体心理健康的重要指标,也是社会发展和社会稳定的重要基础。基于CGSS2015数据,就警察素质和警察行为对治安安全感的影响进行实证分析。结果表明,警察法律专业水平和警察廉洁程度显著影响治安安全感,警察职业道德水平对治安安全感的影响不显著。在警察刑事司法行为中,刑事司法行为效率对治安安全感无显著影响,与之相反,刑事司法行为程序是治安安全感的最强预测变量。在警察行政管理行为中,无论是行政管理行为效率还是行政管理行为程序均对治安安全感有显著影响。基于研究结论,要提高民众安全感,加强公安队伍法治化建设至关重要,同时也要加强公安队伍专业化建设、持续推进公安队伍廉政建设,创新举措推进公安服务提质增效。Sense of security is not only an important indicator for individual mental health,but also a significant foundation for social development and stability.Based on the CGSS2015 data,an empirical study is conducted to analyze the impact of police’s quality and police’s behavior on the sense of public security.The results show that,police’s professional knowledge in law and their level of honesty have a significant impact on the sense of public security while the influence of police’s professional ethics on the sense of public security is not obvious.As for the police’s behavior in criminal justice,the efficiency of the behavior has no marked impact on the sense of public security.On the contrary,the procedure of the behavior in criminal justice is the strongest predictor variable for the sense of public security.As for the police’s behavior in administrative management,both the efficiency of administrative management and the procedures of administrative management behavior have appreciable effects on the sense of public security.Based on the above conclusions,this study discusses that,in order to improve the public’s sense of public security,it is crucial to strengthen the public security troops’construction based on the rule of law.Meanwhile,it is necessary to propel forward the professional construction of public security troops,continuously promote public security departments’level of clean and honest law-enforcement,as well as take innovative measures to improve the quality and efficiency of public security services.
