摘　　要：结合网络环境下多媒体资源的形态、受众的阅读习惯以及多媒体资源服务模式发生的变化,以北京大学图书馆多媒体资源建设工作为例,从文献采集的角度,探讨了多媒体资源建设的三个重要方面:顶层设计、参照系统和具体策略,尝试提出多媒体资源建设工作的整体框架。Combined with the changes of the form of multimedia resources,the reading habits of the audience and the service modes of multimedia resources under the network environment,taking the construction of multimedia resources in Peking University Library as an example,this paper discusses three important aspects of multimedia resources construction from the angle of literature collection:top-level design,reference system and specific strategies,and tries to put forward the overall framework of the construction of multimedia resources.
