摘　　要：通过引入"资源构建—数据处理—业务应用"创新企业知识管理服务平台设计框架,构建创新情报服务新模式,实现了情报服务的全流程管理、情报产品的协同创作及智能化推送服务,为情报研究和情报服务开启了新的视角和解决方案。最后,对情报研究新趋势作出展望并提出建议与思考。By introducing"resource construction-data processing-business application"innovative enterprise knowledge management service platform design framework,this article establishes a new intelligence service model,which realizes the entire process management of intelligence services and the collaborative creation of intelligence products and intelligent push services.This model opens a new perspective for information research and provides effective solutions for information research and services.Meanwhile,it prospects a new trend of intelligence research,and puts forward suggestions and reflections for intelligence research.
