摘 要:针对受临近采空区动压及本工作面侧向支撑压力影响,回采期间超前支护管理困难的现状,为有效解决超前支护段顶板下沉、两帮回采、隅角悬顶超限等技术难题,三交河煤矿在10-201工作面开展复合顶板水力预裂切顶试验,对比10煤未卸压回采巷道,隅角顶板能及时垮落,顶板下沉、帮部回缩及底鼓现象得到了有效控制,确保了工作面安全生产。Due to the influence of the dynamic pressure near the goaf and the lateral support pressure of the working face, it is difficult to manage the advanced supporting during the mining period. In order to effectively solve the technical problems such as roof subsidence, two side coal winning,corner overhanging roof and other technical problems,hydraulic presplitting roof cutting test was carried out in 10-201 working face of Sanjiaohe Coal Mine.Compared with no pressure relief mining roadway of No.10 coal seam, corner roof can collapse in time,roof subsidence, side retraction and floor heave are effectively controlled, which ensures the safety production of working face.
