摘  要:淮南矿区煤层地质条件复杂,断层构造发育,70%以上回采工作面不同程度的受到断层影响。断层的存在打乱了岩层连续整体赋存状态,在高地应力和超前支承压力强载荷共同作用下,大尺度顶板岩体抽冒、煤壁片帮等现象频发,严重影响矿井正常生产。在新型碳纤维无机复合注浆材料研发基础上,针对工作面断层组、大落差单组上翻断层等不同地质条件提出了巷道内平行钻孔递进式注浆和钻场内集中布孔注浆工艺,并进行了工业化试验。试验结果表明,工作面断层破碎带超前预注浆治理成套技术能够实现断层破碎带区域破碎顶板的提前加固,降低甚至消除了断层构造带对工作面的回采影响。In Huainan mining area, the geological conditions of coal seam are complex, fault structure is developed, and more than 70% of the coal winning faces are affected by faults in varying degrees. The existence of faults disturbs the continuous overall occurrence state of the strata. Under the combined action of high ground stress and strong load of advance bearing pressure, large-scale roof rock mass caving and coal wall spalling occur frequently, which seriously affects the normal production of the mine. Based on the research and development of new type carbon fiber inorganic composite grouting material, according to different geological conditions such as working face fault group and single group upturning fault with large drop, the technology of parallel drilling progressive grouting in the tunnel and centralized hole arrangement grouting in the drilling field were put forward,and industrial tests were carried out. The test results showed that the complete set of technology of advance pre grouting treatment in the fault fracture zone of the working face can realize the advance reinforcement of the broken roof in the fault fracture zone, reduce or even eliminate the influence of the fault structure zone on the coal winning of the working face.
