摘 要:鹤岗矿业公司南山煤矿盆底区北翼18煤三分段和南翼18层一分段顶分层工作面回风道均处于15煤残留煤柱下方,由于护巷煤柱尺寸大,造成应力集中,积聚了大量弹性能,使得18煤开采中动力显现频繁发生。分析上覆遗留煤柱主导型冲击地压发生原因,针对上覆遗留煤柱采取水力压裂,对回采区域顶板采取预裂爆破,对所采煤体采取大孔径卸压治理等措施,保证了工作面的安全开采,取得良好的应用效果。In Nanshan Coal Mine of Hegang Mining Company, the return air duct of the top layer working face of18 layers in north wing and 1 section in 18 layers in south wing of basin bottom area of Hegang Mining Company are under the residual coal pillar of 15 coal seam. Due to the large size of coal pillar for roadway protection, the stress concentration and a large amount of elastic properties were accumulated, which makes the dynamic behavior of 18 coal seam occur frequently. According to the analysis results, hydraulic fracturing measures were taken for overlying coal pillars, presplitting blasting measures were taken for roof of mining area, and large diameter pressure relief boreholes were adopted for pressure relief treatment of coal body, which ensured the safe mining of working face and achieved good application effect.
