摘　　要：软件测试是提高软件产品质量的根本途径,在信息科技飞速发展、信息产品已遍及社会生活和生产各个方面、软件错误愈发昂贵的信息时代显得尤为重要。众包测试(简称众测)是依托新一代互联网技术衍生的全新测试服务业态,它利用共享经济的特征,采用分布、协作的方式解决问题和组织生产,协同测试需求方和测试资源,聚合形成规模效益。本文将介绍众测模式的发展动态和面临挑战,国家重点研发计划项目"信息产品及科技服务集成化众测服务平台研发与应用"的目标和主要研究内容,在面向众测的智能服务方面的研究成果,以及未来将要构建的集成化众测服务平台和应用前景。Software testing is the fundamental way to improve the quality of software products.It is particularly important in the information age when information technology is developing rapidly,information products have spread to all aspects of social life and production,and software errors are becoming more expensive.Crowdsourced testing is a new format of testing service derived from the new generation of internet technology.It uses the characteristics of the sharing economy to solve problems and organize production in a distributed and collaborative manner.It collaborates to the demand side and testing resources which leads to economies of scale.This paper first introduces the state-of-the-art researches and challenges of the crowdsourced testing.It then presents the main research goals and topics of the National Key Research and Development Program of China under grant No.2018 YFB1403400"Research,development and application on Integrated Crowdsourced Testing Service of Information Products and Technology Services".Next,it introduces the research achievements related with the intelligent support of crowdsourced testing,followed by the future design and applications about the integrated crowdsourced testing platform.
