从“湿毒损伤肺络”探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的病机和用药

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎发病多为"湿毒"之邪直中肺络,少有卫分证候,根据患者体质不同,感邪有"寒化""热化"之不同,从而表现为寒湿痹阻肺络和湿热壅阻肺络。而其临床常见干咳、咽干等类"燥"症状的病机关键在于肺络受损,不能渗灌津液,肺脏与其经络循行部位缺津润养。新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗当在辨证论治的基础上,根据发病的不同阶段和证候,分别佐用辛凉透络、辛开通络、凉血清络、辛香开窍通心络、益气活血通络等治法。This article proposes that the onset of Coronavirus Disease 2019 is mostly caused by"Damp Toxicity"direct strike to the lungs,and there are few defense-aspect pattern syndromes.Depending on the patient’s constitution,there is a difference between"cold formation"and"heat formation"in infection pathogenic factor.Therefore,it manifests as cold-damp obstructing the network vessels of the lung and damp-heat obstructing the network vessels of the lung.The key to the pathogenesis of"dryness"symptoms such as dry cough and dry throat in the clinic is that the lung network are damaged,the network cannot infiltrate the body fluid,and the lungs and their meridian circulation sites are deficient.So it is advocated that the treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 should be based on syndrome differentiation.According to the different stages and symptoms of the disease,outthrust network vessels with coolness and acridity,acrid opening and free the network vessels,cool the blood and clear network vessels,acridity and aroma to free the heart orifices,quicken the blood and free the network vessels with boost qi and other governance methods should be assistant used.
