摘　　要：目的:采用正交试验优选猫爪草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮提取量和浸膏得率为综合考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察溶剂体积、乙醇浓度、提取时间及提取温度对猫爪草中总黄酮提取工艺的影响。结果:影响猫爪草中总黄酮提取的因素依次为:提取时间>溶剂浓度>加乙醇量>提取温度。猫爪草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:在60℃的温度条件下,猫爪草粗粉加乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加8倍量75%乙醇提取1.5h,第2次加7倍量75%乙醇提取1 h。结论:通过正交试验优选的提取工艺经验证稳定、简便易行、预测性好,为猫爪草的进一步研发奠定基础。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in Maozhuacao(ranunculus ternate)by orthogonal test.Methods:Taking the total flavonoids extraction and extract yield as a comprehensive investigation index,L9(34)orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of solvent volume,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction process of Maozhuacao(ranunculus ternate).Results:The factors affecting the extraction of total flavonoids in Maozhuacao(ranunculus ternate)were as follows:extraction time>solvent concentration>addition of ethanol>extraction temperature.The best extraction process of total flavonoids was:under the temperature condition of 60℃,the crude powder was refluxed and extracted twice with ethanol,the first time with 8 times of 75%ethanol for 1.5 h,the second time with 7 times of 75%ethanol for 1 h.Conclusion:The extraction process optimized by orthogonal test is proved to be stable,simple and easy to perform,and has good predictability,which lays a foundation for further research and development of Maozhuacao(ranunculus ternate).
