清胃散加味联合黄芩片治疗侵袭性牙周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清胃散加味联合黄芩片治疗侵袭性牙周炎的效果。方法:将88例侵袭性牙周炎患者随机分为两组各44例。两组患者均予以牙周基础治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,治疗组采用清胃散加味联合黄芩片治疗,均连续治疗2周。对比两组患者牙周指标、中医证候评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)及中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者牙齿松动度较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用清胃散加味联合黄芩片治疗侵袭性牙周炎疗效确切,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,加快局部炎症消除。Objective: To observe the effect of Modified Qingweisan plus Huangqin tablets in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis. Methods: Totally 88 patients with aggressive periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with basic periodontal treatment, with Metronidazole given additionally to the control group and Modified Qingweisan plus Huangqin tablets to the treatment group. All patients were treated for two weeks. The periodontal indexes, TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment group showed lower gingival index, periodontal pocket depth, sulcus bleeding index and TCM syndrome scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The degree of tooth looseness in the treatment group was lighter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with invasive periodontitis, Modified Qingweisan plus Huangqin tablets is with significant curative effect, which can help alleviate the clinical symptoms of periodontitis and accelerate the elimination of local inflammation.
