芪红通络方联合静脉腔内射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪红通络方联合静脉腔内射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:纳入大隐静脉曲张患者80例,所有患者均采用大隐静脉主干射频消融术加曲张静脉点状剥脱术,根据围手术期是否口服芪红通络方分为对照组和中药组。比较两组治疗前后CEAP分级、中医证候积分、临床疗效和静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)的情况。结果:治疗前两组CEAP分级差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后14 d,两组CEAP分级均较术前下降。治疗前两组中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14 d后,中药组患者中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为90.00%,中药组为97.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组VCSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14 d后,中药组VCSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪红通络方联合静脉腔内射频消融术治疗大隐静脉曲张临床疗效明确,能促进患者康复。Objection:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qihong Tongluo formula combined with intracavitary radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of saphenous vein.Methods:Totally 80 patients with saphenous varices were included.All patients underwent saphenous vein radiofrequency ablation and varicose vein exfoliation.Patients were divided into control group and Chinese Medicine group according to whether oral Chinese Medicine was used during perioperative period.The CEAP grade,syndrome score,clinical efficacy and venous clinical severity score(VCSS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in CEAP grade between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).On the 14 thday after operation,the CEAP grade decreased in the two groups.There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the Chinese Medicine group showed lower TCM syndrome score than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was90.00%in control group and 97.50%in Chinese Medicine group.There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VCSS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the Chinese Medicine group showed lower VCSS score than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qihong Tongluo formula combined with intracavitary radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of saphenous vein varices is efficiently and it can enhanced recovery after surgery.
